Bangladesh won the Test series against Pakistan 2-0 and created a historic record. Bangladesh won the second Test in Rawalpindi by six wickets. This was the first time they had won a Test series against Pakistan.

Bangladesh witnessed a historic feat for the cricket team as they lost 2-0 in the two-match Test series against Pakistan. 2024 Bangladesh won the second Test by six wickets in Rawalpindi on 3 September. Thus, Bangladesh recorded their first Test victory over Pakistan at home.
Bangladesh was the best team in this series. After winning the first Test by 10 wickets, Bangladesh chased down a record 184 runs in the second Test with the loss of 6 wickets.
Pakistan continues loss
In 2023-2024, Pakistan team suffered many defeats in Test matches at home. In particular, the 2-0 defeat in the Test series against the Bangladesh team has caused a great shock among Pakistani cricket fans.
Pakistan team has not won a single test match at home in last 3 years. And the Pakistan team has made a bad record of not winning a single match in 10 consecutive Test matches in the last 100 years. A team with experienced players is only the second team after Bangladesh to lose at home.
